Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2010
Robert Parker : 93-96 points
"The 2010 Chablis Les Preuses is intensely pointed at first, then blossoms on the palate with tons of intensity in its fruit. The 2010 is so young, it’s almost painful, yet it is shaping up to be a beauty. Mint, jasmine and oyster shells linger on the multi-dimensional finish. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025." (2011)
Chablis Premier Cru Forest 2010
Robert Parker : 92-94 points
"The 2010 Chablis La Forest shows off the rich, creamy side of Chablis in its layered, expansive fruit. It possesses gorgeous inner tension in a style that is at once powerful and harmonious. A multi-dimensional, textured finish rounds out the close. The Forest is made from 30 parcels that encompass a variety of soil types, some that are more compact and shallow, others that are deeper and more fractured, a hypothetical combination of Sechet and Vaillons. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025." (2011)
Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2010
Robert Parker : 92-94 points
"The same can’t be said about the 2010 Chablis Vaillons. It is a finely chiseled jewel of a wine. It’s all about detail, nuance and finesse in this beautifully delineated Chablis. That’s not to say the wine isn’t powerful?it is, but today the structural components lie a bit in the background. White flowers, stone fruit and crushed rocks frame the pointed finish. The Vaillons is fascinating to contrast to the Sechet. Here the minerality and salinity of the soils are center stage. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025." (2011)
Chablis 2010
Robert Parker : 88-90 points
"The 2010 Chablis is intensely saline at first, with layers of crushed rocks and oyster shells that meld into the fruit. It shows gorgeous precision all the way through to the harmonious, energetic finish. This is textbook Chablis. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018." (2011)
