Description :

The Enseignères vineyard is the most renowned of Puligny-Montrachet "villages" thanks to its exceptional geographical and geological location as well as its closest neighbours, the Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet and bâtard-Montrachet vineyards.

Domaine Chavy Hubert

Domaine Hubert Chavy Puligny Montrachet Les Enseignères

Domaine Hubert Chavy-Chouet is a family winery situated in Meursault. Their vineyard represent 13ha covering the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.

Domaine Hubert Chavy was founded when two of the oldest families in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet were brought together. This is the reason why their vineyards are divided almost equally between the two villages.

Hubert and Romaric Chavy represent the 6th and 7th generations of winemaker in the family.
