Our policy is simple: all the wines offered on the site are in stock in our differents cellars.

How do I order ?

- Navigate through the "Search by" menu and identify the wines that best suit your needs (Origin, Food pairing, Vintages, ...)

Our role is to guide you and to advise you. Each wine from our cellar comes with a very detailed information sheet that includes the leading experts ratings (Robert Parker, Wine Spectator, Stephen Tanzer, Allen Meadows ...) often supplemented by our own appreciations (Note “Votre caviste”) . We strive to satisfy you. If you want more information or advice, contact us directly or leave us a message, we will call you as soon as possible.

Your choice is made? Select your bottle in the information sheet-and click "Add" to fill your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click "Order" and let us guide you through the four stages of the ordering process :

1. Delivery Information: Review the summary of your order and, in particular, the address of delivery.
2. Payment Information: Choose your payment method, a delivery mode; and the billing address. Leave us a comment if you feel like it.
3. Confirm: Enter your payment information.
4. End: The procedure is now complete. You'll soon receive an e-mail with your order number and the order summary.


When will my order be delivered ?

We have our stock on hand, we manage it so that we can offer delivery within 48 or 72 hours in France. A completed order will be packaged and shipped the following morning (working day).
For deliveries abroad, the deadlines vary according to the destination. For more information, contact us !


How do I know that my order has been taken into account ?

On reception of your online order, sends you an confirmation email with your order number. You can follow at all times the status of your order by visiting the "My Orders" webpage. You'll then be able to track your order on the site using your tracking number.


How do I change or cancel my order ?

You cannot edit the contents of an order that has already been validated. You will have to return the delivery and make a new order.



How should I pay ?

Choose your payment method on the page "Payment Information" when ordering.

- Payment by credit card: Select this mode of payment in the "Payment Information" and access the "Confirmation" webpage. Enter your card number, date of validity and the code located at the back of your card.

- Payment by wire transfer


Is Online payment secure ?

Your bank details are transmitted directly to the server of bank Crédit du Nord.  They are fully encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). They are by no means kept in systems.

How to use my coupon ?  

If you were given a promotional code, you can choose to use it when you place an order.

You can always access your coupon codes from any page of the website by selecting "My coupon codes", or directly from the “My Account” webpage.


My promotional code does not work: what should I do ?

Be sure to check the validity date of your promotional code

Observe strictly lower and upper cases in your code, don't add spaces. 

If your code works, a text will appear, confirming that your coupon has been taken into account

The codes are not cumulative: if you have several, only one of them may be used when ordering.

Can I have the items delivered to a location other than my home ? “My Account” webpage allows you to save a delivery address different from that of your billing address ... This is ideal for sending gifts to friends, or to receive a wine delivery on a vacation spot!


How can i track my order ?

You can monitor your parcel on the website. There, you can enter the package ID number specified on ‘”My account” webpage


I have not received my Colissimo ... what should I do ?

The ‘Colissimo Suivi' is generally delivered by ‘La Poste' in two to three days (in France). The adressee's signature is required when the package is deliverd at the address mentioned in the order. In case of absence, ‘La Poste' leaves a note with directions to get the package from them. There is a 15 days period to get the package. 
 Different situations may occur :

1. If your package is back with "return to sender", our customer service will contact you and eventually send it back.

2. If your package is in store with ‘La Poste', you will be able to get it at the post office where you will be asked to present the package tracking number and a valid ID.

3. If after 5 days you have not received your ‘Colissimo Suivi' nor a note from ‘La Poste', you should check the status of your delivery on website and contact us



Who bears the cost of return ?

The Customer can cancel his order for a period, pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code. This period is of 7 days after the order delivery date. The exchange or the refund of the order will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return of the goods.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.

The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

"La Cave Des Grand Vins" should be informed of the return of the merchandise by e-mail or mail. 


How can I return a package ?

The package should contain the invoice, or, at least, mention your name and the order reference number
