Description :
The 2015 Chablis is intensely saline at first, with layers of crushed rocks and oyster shells that meld into the fruit. It shows gorgeous precision all the way through to the harmonious, energetic finish. This is textbook Chablis.

Domaine Dauvissat Vincent

Robert Parker’s Review :

"Vincent Dauvissat’s 2006s were finished with both alcoholic fermentation and malolactic transformation by January.
Overall – and particularly in the Grand Cru range – Dauvissat’s 2005s are marginally less exciting than his 2006s, and in certain instances, surprisingly, more opulent and exotically ripe. In both recent vintages, Dauvissat’s wines (even the generics) are pushing 14% alcohol, although in tasting the 2006s in particular, you’d never guess this."

Notes de dégustation

Stephen Tanzer : 90_92 points
" Pale yellow. Tighter on the nose than the Petit Chablis, offering aromas of lemon, menthol and mint. More classic in the middle palate than the Petit Chablis, with penetrating lemon zest fruit and strong stony minerality giving the wine terrific verve. This very incisive village wine is not ready to drink."
