The nose combines citrus zest, white peach and dried flowers, with a touch of toasted almond. The palate is full yet controlled, carried by fine acidity and a mineral backbone. The finish is long and saline. This is a Pouilly-Fuissé that is both generous and precise, and a fine showcase for the diversity of Vergisson’s Premiers Crus.
