The vines, planted between 1966 and 1996 and Guyot-pruned, grow on slightly stony brown limestone soil in a warm, early-ripening sector
From a cool, challenging vintage, the 2024 shows an expressive nose of red and dark fruit, cherry and raspberry, with earthy, forest-floor notes. The palate is caressing and vibrant, with an attractive mid-palate and discreet oak. This is an elegant, easy-drinking Beaune, in a lighter style than the 2023.
