Résilience is a vintage Blanc de Meuniers, 100% Meunier from Janvry and Germigny. It is fermented in 228- and 600-litre oak barrels, with no reserve wines, full malolactic, no fining or filtration and minimal sulphur. It spent 41 months on the lees before disgorgement in November 2025, with a 2 g/L Extra Brut dosage.
The nose opens on grapefruit, then yellow fruit (apricot, yellow plum, ripe pear). Ageing brings brioche, pastry, honey and cinnamon, with a touch of damp earth. The palate is energetic and full of finesse, with fine oak and chalky minerality. A food-friendly Champagne to drink now and until 2035.
