Description of the Domaine Renaudin Maxime
Created with the 2021 vintage, this micro-cuvée is 100% Carignan from the Jonquières vines. The hand-harvested grapes are fully destemmed and vinified with gentle extraction
Created with the 2021 vintage, this micro-cuvée is 100% Carignan from the Jonquières vines. The hand-harvested grapes are fully destemmed and vinified with gentle extraction. The wine ages for 24 months in French oak barrels with very little sulphur.
Darker and more structured than the blended red, it offers a concentrated nose of black and red fruit, garrigue and spice. The palate is structured, with fresh tannins that need some time, real elegance and lasting freshness. A rare, pure expression of Languedoc Carignan.
